A good leader…
1. Is quick, those under him, to praise.
2. Allows those under his care, concerns to unhesitatingly raise.
3. Helps those lost in a maze.
4. Protects his sheep from wolves when they graze.
5. Through sincere encouraging words, the eyes of his team members with zeal for work, sets ablaze.
6. Does not have the stupid “I’m the experienced master, and you’re a Johnny-come-lately” kind of gaze.
